Q: Why does Pearson Ranch add beef to its jerky?
Products need to have at least 3% of an amenable specie like beef, pork, or chicken to generate mandatory USDA inspection. Having the meat and production of all our products fully inspected by the USDA provides an important assurance to both our partner retailers and our ultimate end-customers. Therefore, we add a bit of extremely lean beef or pork to our jerky.
Q: Are Pearson Ranch Jerky products USDA inspected?
Yes. All the meat used in Pearson Ranch Jerky meat snack products is inspected and meets the high standards of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. All of our products are produced under the appropriately watchful eye of USDA inspection.

Q: Should Pearson Ranch Jerky meat snacks be refrigerated once opened?
Yes. Once opened, product should either be consumed within 3-days or stored in the refrigerator to hinder spoilage.
Q: What do I do if my product's packaging is damaged?
Pearson Ranch Jerky does not recommend that you purchase or consume product from a package that has been damaged or appears tampered with in the store. If you receive product purchased from our website that has been damaged in shipping, please send an email to email@example.com providing the specifics. Our awesome customer service team will make sure we rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Q: Is it okay to freeze Pearson Ranch Jerky Meat Snacks?
Given the lengthy shelf-life of our products is up to one year, it is not necessary to freeze our products. Freezing your jerky will not harm it, but it may result in a change of texture and create as less-desirable "freezer burn" taste.

Because Pearson Ranch Jerky uses only high-quality ingredients and package and process with cutting-edge techniques, the shelf life of our products can be up to one year.

Yes, ALL Pearson Ranch Jerky products are gluten-free.
Q: What is gluten?
Gluten is a combination of plant proteins that occur in grain. There is a percentage of the population that has an allergy or intolerance to foods containing gluten. The most common sources of gluten are wheat, rye, and barley-based foods. Rest easy, ALL Pearson Ranch Jerky products are Gluten-free.
Q: Is there MSG in Pearson Ranch Jerky products?
All Pearson Ranch Jerky products are free of MSG. MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) is a flavor enhancer, much like salt. It’s not healthy, so we don’t use it – we pride ourselves on Pearson Ranch Jerky being a healthy alternative to other meat snacks and jerky that use things like MSG and preservatives.
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO addresses. Because of the limitations on imports into certain countries, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure our products can be imported into the destination country.

Yes. If you or a direct family member is active duty or a veteran, first and foremost, we appreciate your service for our country and will provide a 15% discount.
