Marvin Cromwell, took over control all aspects of Pearson Ranch’s operations in the early 1990's and was the driving force behind shifting the ranch’s primary focus towards the meat snack industry in 2011. Besides oversight responsibilities for the entire company, Marvin directly manages our Distributor and key Direct Account relationships. Though Marvin would love to spend each and every day on the ranch he adores, you will most likely find him at a trade show or traveling the country spreading the word about Pearson Ranch Jerky. |
Matt Cromwell is Vice President of Sales. Having started as our first full time sales rep in 2011, Matt now manages all of the sales activities of the company across all channels (Direct, Distributors and DSD (Direct Store Distribution) activities.
